My family (husband, wife, and 5-year-old child) rented the apartment and we found it exactly as described: spacious, clean, and in a great location, Some reviews mentioned noise and vibrations from the nearby metro, but honestly, it was not a problem for us, The bedroom bedding was comfortable, but the sofa bed in the living room was a bit less so (still fine for a child), One thing to note is the sunlight in the morning in the living room due to the shutters not closing properly, Improvements could be made by fixing the shutters or adding blackout curtains in the living room, and it would be nice to have a dishcloth and sponge in the kitchen (especially without a dishwasher),
