Given the exorbitant prices for accommodation in Paris, this deal was excellent, Advantages: 1, Proximity, Just 100m to the Arc de Triomphe and a mere 10m (literally) to the Charles de Gaulle metro/RER station, Travel to Disneyland is direct and only takes 50 minutes, 2, Numerous restaurants, stores and grocery shops in the vicinity, 3, A charming, old building that allows you to experience the essence of historic Paris, 4, Sufficient space for a family of three, Disadvantages: 1, The landlord appears to be a bit neglectful: mismatched dishes and utensils, minor issues with amenities, etc, 2, It's on the first floor and all windows face the courtyard, 3, The bathroom lacks ventilation,

We had a great view of the arc de triomphe from the building, it was just down the street, There are plenty of cafes nearby, It's an easy walk to champs Elysees for shopping, Another important point is that the metro is right outside the door, This made it very convenient to get around! We will definitely come back here!! Comfortable 2 beds, All 4 of us slept well, We will definitely come back here again,

I would easily rate this place 6 stars if possible! The location is absolutely perfect, the beds feel like sleeping on a cloud, and it is incredibly peaceful at night! I would definitely come back here and I highly suggest it, Adding a full-length mirror and an additional shelf in the bathroom would take this place to the next level,

Our stay at Avenue Carnot for two nights was amazing, The location is just a few steps away from the Arc De Triomphe and there is a Metro station right outside the front door - but it is surprisingly quiet and not as busy as other streets around, At the end of the avenue, there is a lovely patisserie/boulangerie and plenty of restaurants/bars/cafes just around the corner - which are also not too crowded, The ground floor apartment does not have a street view, but it is cozy, warm, and comfortable, All the windows overlook a central courtyard, making it safe and secure, The living area may be small, but it has everything you need - a sofa, tables, TV, armchair, and dining table, The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, The bathroom, located off the kitchen, is small but has all the essentials, Both bedrooms are accessible through a corridor and are a decent size, Joffrey, the host, was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than expected, There are also Nannybag facilities nearby in case you need them,
