The location of the apartment is top-notch, Two separate metro stations are easily accessible within a 5 minute walk, Plenty of shops and eateries are nearby, The rooms are of a decent size and well-equipped, It was a pleasant surprise to find a water bottle and a generous amount of biscuits upon arrival, However, the design of one of the attached bathrooms is a bit peculiar, as you can see the person showering from the bed due to a clear glass partition, This might not be a problem for couples but could be inconvenient otherwise, The same shower also emitted a sewer-like odor after not being used for a few hours, A significant issue was the heavily stained Couch/Sofa that felt unclean, We had to cover it with an extra bedsheet prior to usage, It would be helpful if a few coffee pods were provided, as the coffee machine was futile for us without them, The key drop-off procedure at check-out could be improved as well, Despite these issues, the apartment had a great overall ambiance, These are minor problems that can be fixed and we would be happy to return,

I enjoyed my stay at the affordable yet well-equipped accommodation, I plan on using it in the future as well

Fantastic location, Central and vibrant area, Street can be a bit loud at night so best to keep windows shut, Well-maintained and functional, We had an amazing time!

Prachtig appartement, netjes en gemakkelijk om overal naartoe te lopen / reizen, De tv werkte niet, maar verder een fijn ruim appartement,,, bleef erg warm dus airconditioning zou fijn zijn, We wisten niet hoe het werkte,,,,

Our experience staying here (with our 3 kids) was amazing, The place was spotless when we arrived and we all felt very at ease, The host is incredibly responsive and accommodating, We ran into an issue with the TV remote control in the living room, but the host assured us that new batteries would be brought in the next morning (we reached out to them the night before), The location is fantastic, within walking distance to numerous eateries and stores, Just keep in mind that the apartment faces the street and is situated next to a pub/restaurant, so it can get a bit noisy at night sometimes, though it didn't bother us, The amenities provided met our family's requirements for the most part, including shampoo/conditioner, plenty of towels, and kitchenware, There are several grocery stores nearby in case you need any extras or groceries, We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

The hosts were incredibly helpful during our stay, They were very responsive and provided clear instructions, We encountered some challenges, such as a delay during check-in due to the late delivery of clean linens, As a result, my 3 children fell asleep on the sofa while waiting, Additionally, we found that essential supplies like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo were not available, prompting us to purchase them ourselves, The remote control for the main TV was also malfunctioning, Furthermore, there was a leak in one of the bathrooms that rendered it unusable, Despite the host's efforts to address the issue, it remained unresolved, We faced difficulty retrieving the keys from the lockbox upon our return, as the provided code no longer worked, Although a plumber returned the following day, we opted to leave the matter unresolved until check-out, The exceptional customer service made our experience worthwhile, I have a great fondness for the place and the surrounding area!

This 2 bedroom 2 bath flat is just right for us, Super central location with a wide range of dining options within a short walk, We particularly enjoy the cleanliness of the space and the host providing high-quality bed linen and bedding, We love the charm and the stylish Parisian interior decoration, Thanks a lot!

Beautiful, spacious, recently refurbished apartment, photos are precise, Two entirely separate bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equipped with excellent water pressure! Great location for sightseeing, but slightly less desirable for living, the apartment is on a busy main street above a bar/restaurant, Keys to the apartment are located at a separate lock-box location, Check-in and check-out were challenging, but communication through checkmyguest was beneficial,
