Hello! The flat is situated at an excellent location, The beds are cozy and the linen is clean, however despite paying for early check-in, we couldn't access the flat earlier, Payment was made nonetheless, There are nice restaurants and a bakery in the vicinity!

Our recent stay at this outstanding Airbnb in Paris left us overjoyed, The location was just right, nestled in a captivating neighborhood with effortless access to all the key sites and public transit, The apartment was roomy and well-furnished, boasting two cozy bedrooms and two fresh and modern bathrooms, The kitchen came fully stocked with all that we needed to whip up meals, a feature particularly handy for our family, With two children and two adults, the amenities provided were just right for a cozy stay, The host was impressively quick to respond and accommodating, making our vacation even more delightful, All in all, this Airbnb went above and beyond our hopes and we would strongly recommend it to anyone making a trip to Paris!

The beach is pleasant, however it's obvious that it's a full-time Airbnb, nobody truly resides there, it seems somewhat barren and devoid, One key for six guests is INSUFFICIENT, Received no response when I requested an additional key,

We were pleased with the apartment, It was comfortable and warm, providing a unique Parisian apartment experience, We had no problems accessing the unit when we checked in, The host was extremely approachable, There are numerous restaurants and bars in the vicinity, We would be delighted to stay in that apartment once more, Thanks!

The location was excellent, surrounded by plenty of Cafés and restaurants, with the metro station only a short walk away, The street was peaceful except for some ongoing construction work, but since our stay fell on the weekend, it didn't pose a problem, There was a minor hiccup with the key not being in the designated spot, however, the host immediately stepped in and resolved the issue, The apartment was tastefully decorated and extremely clean, although it didn't seem as fresh as it appeared in the photos, The beds were cozy but a few members of our group found the pillows overly thick, My only concern is whether the apartment would be warm enough during the winter, as we experienced rather cold weather and had to crank up the a/c to adequately heat the place, particularly in the entrance/living room which didn't seem to be well insulated, Other than that, everything was superb and the location is unbeatable!

Our second time staying at this apartment, It is well-equipped, the customer support team is always responsive and quick to assist with any needs, The apartment is conveniently located near République but on a peaceful street,

The flat was beautifully furnished and situated in a perfect location in Le Marais, Everything is within walking distance, There are excellent restaurants and hidden bars just around the corner from the apartment, The air conditioning was pleasant and effective, There are blackout curtains if you prefer to sleep in, although we would have liked a full-length mirror, Our group of four found the space to be just right, and having two newly renovated bathrooms was fantastic, The area is peaceful and not heavily trafficked, yet just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which is convenient, Joffrey was excellent, He was very responsive when I reached out, but overall, it was a hassle-free experience, The instructions were straightforward, and we had everything we required! We would certainly return, Many thanks!

This review is intended for (Website hidden by CheckMyGuest) I understand it is a real estate management company, Pleasant, spacious, and well-located apartment, The pictures are accurate, Excellent shower! Good quality sheets and towels, However, there was a lack of shampoo and toilet paper, The common area and the courtyard are in need of renovation and are not pleasant, The check-in process was a nightmare,,,we were only able to enter because a resident helped us, Communication needs improvement,,,it took a long time to get a response when I called (multiple times),,, We spent a month traveling in Europe and stayed with CheckMyGuest Superhosts in other cities,,,and we concluded that management companies need to enhance their services compared to property owners managing their own properties,,, In terms of value, in my opinion, it's better to pay a bit more and stay in a nice hotel to receive better service!
