I recently stayed in this lovely 2-bedroom apartment in the Grenelle district, The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, It made our trip so much easier!

The apartment is well-located, with plenty of bus lines nearby, We found it easy to navigate the city and see everything we wanted,

What a wonderful apartment this was, situated in a fantastic location, Just a brief 10-minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower, with an abundance of tasty restaurants in the immediate vicinity, The apartment was exceptional, with the shower and the expansive teak balcony being particularly impressive, This is the ideal accommodation if you're planning a family trip to Paris!

This place is a great discovery for several reasons: - Location: Within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, cafes, dining options, and most importantly, metro and bus stops - Space: Upon entering the apartment, you immediately feel the spaciousness depicted in the photos, You'll enjoy a comfortable and roomy living area, a fully stocked kitchen, and two large bedrooms,

Spacious and beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony offering great street views, cozy interior space in an attractive building! I really appreciated the keyless entry and the option to keep the key in a lockbox for guests with different schedules, Just keep in mind that the shower and dressing room/closet are located in one of the bedrooms, so it's important to ensure your guests are okay with that arrangement, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

My family and I spent three days at this fantastic apartment in Paris, The balcony was incredible, overlooking a charming avenue in a great neighborhood with just the right amount of nightlife, There were plenty of excellent restaurants and shops nearby, Joffrey provided exceptional service throughout our stay, Highly recommended!

Our stay in this apartment was delightful, It was incredibly spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the essentials, The area is charming, boasting great eateries and stores, While the bedrooms provided a peaceful retreat, the living room, housing the sofa-bed, did experience some noise from the lively nightlife nearby, Although it didn't affect our sleep, individuals sensitive to noise may find it slightly bothersome, Additionally, the windows didn't completely block out the light, The kitchen wasn't ideal for cooking elaborate meals, but was sufficient for breakfast, Overall, for my family's short vacation, it proved to be a pleasant accommodation that I would wholeheartedly recommend,

Starting off, I want to praise the location, with restaurants right outside, There are plenty of metros available, You can slightly hear it from the apartment, but if you close the window shades, you won't hear a thing, The only downside to this place was the bathroom situation, it’s not two full bathrooms, it’s two halves, One only has a shower and a sink, the other a sink and toilet, If you’re traveling with a larger group like mine (6 people), it's challenging, The bathrooms also lack ventilation, Aside from that, there are elevators available to reach your floor, and it’s very bright and sunny inside,

The flat is situated within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, The top is visible from the terrace, The eateries situated just outside the edifice were fantastic, The flat is extremely roomy and ideal for the three of us (grown-ups - one bed is a pull out), Truly a marvelous place, We encountered a small problem during check-in due to delayed housekeeping, Joffrey was very prompt in the lead-up to check-in time, Upon our arrival, there appeared to be a mix of automated responses and direct communications which caused some confusion, a bit of frustration, and a slight delay in gaining entry, Eventually, we were able to enter and had a delightful stay, The kitchen was adequately stocked (excellent fridge and plenty of ice!), We were grateful for the fans as the weather was unusually warm, The beds were cozy, and we enjoyed the large windows/doors for fresh air, Although there was construction nearby as mentioned in a note, the noise was minimal and not a bother, We would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic flat in a fantastic location, We used to reside in this area of Paris so we were delighted to discover this flat available for rent within easy reach of rue du Commerce shops, wonderful bakeries, eateries, metro, the Champ de Mars and more, The apartment looks just like the pictures, tidy and with a lovely balcony, It's situated on a lively street but there are effective electronic metal blinds that you can close at night to shut out the light and the noise, The host was very prompt in responding and we would gladly return here,

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Paris! It's just a stone's throw away from the Eiffel Tower, surrounded by amazing local eateries, conveniently located near the metro, and boasts a fantastic balcony to soak up the sunshine, The flat is spotless, equipped with all the essentials, and the thoughtful details like cookies on the bed and coffee pods were a nice surprise, I'll definitely be booking this place again on my next trip to Paris!

Awesome spot in an awesome area!

The apartment is absolutely stunning and just a short walk from various shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and the subway, Unfortunately, during our stay, the dishwasher was out of order, dishes were put away with food still stuck on them, there was barely any laundry detergent left, and we ran out of dishwashing liquid, When I reported the issue with the dishwasher, I was sent a video on how to use it, Despite explaining that there was an error light and the dishwasher wouldn't work no matter what we did, I didn't receive any further assistance, Furthermore, the kitchen was lacking in utensils and cooking equipment, On top of that, there was construction noise coming from the apartment above us, making it difficult to relax during the day, Unfortunately, I fell ill during my stay, making it even harder to rest, It was just a stroke of bad luck, My overall impression is mixed, The space and location are fantastic, but some improvements are needed,

The host was very easy to communicate with and the apartment was spacious and a good size for a family of four, The area is peaceful, but there is a metro station right outside, I want to mention a comment from a previous guest who said that you can feel the trains passing under the building, It wasn't too distracting, but you could definitely notice it, The beds were comfortable and having a washer/dryer combo in the unit was great, One area that could be improved is the provision of basic supplies, We were a family of four staying for four nights, but we only had two rolls of toilet paper, Similarly, there was a Nespresso coffee machine, but no pods (or any supplies in the kitchen), We had to buy what we needed at a local market, but it wouldn't cost much to provide a few more basic items, It would also have been really useful to have a small guide to the local area (e,g, local restaurants, bakeries, markets, etc,),

Starting with the fantastic location of the apartment, I must say it was beautifully renovated and impeccably clean, It offers plenty of space and comfort for our family of five, While there is only one full bathroom, with a shower and double sinks, and another with just a sink and a toilet, it wasn't a major issue but could use some clarification, Some noise from the nearby subway station can be heard, but it didn't bother us as we are heavy sleepers, However, light sleepers may find it disturbing, If you plan on cooking, note that there is no induction cookware, but this didn't bother us as we mostly dined out, The wifi was a bit unreliable and should be looked into, Joffrey was prompt and polite in addressing any concerns, Overall, it was a positive experience, and with the minor issues resolved, I would highly recommend it and give it a perfect rating,

The accommodation with interior and spacious terrace, perfect location, There are many very large windows connected to the terrace, and I was very surprised to see perfect security systems on all windows, Thanks to this, I was able to stay very comfortably and happily in the accommodation, The interior of the living room and each room is also very stylish, If you visit in spring or autumn, you will be able to enjoy the spacious terrace even more perfectly, There are restaurants and cafes right in front of the house, and the distance is enough to see if they are open or crowded from the terrace, If I visit Paris next time, I definitely want to stay here again, Oh, and it was a house where the shower filter, which I separately brought for Spain and Paris, was kept clean, Highly recommended,

We reserved a four-night stay at the property and discovered its fantastic location, close to cafes, shopping, a pharmacy, and just above the subway entrance, The Eiffel Tower is just a 10-minute walk away, Although the building itself is quite old-fashioned (from the 70s), this apartment has been updated, I was a bit disappointed to find out that there were two bathrooms but only one toilet and shower, when we were expecting two, It would have been useful if the manager had sent us links as part of our check-in, with instructional videos on how to use the combination washer/dryer and induction cooktop, instead of us having to inquire, For Americans who are not familiar with these appliances, it's not immediately obvious, even though we are well-traveled, I believe it's common for CheckMyGuest properties to provide basic essentials like oil, spices, extra toilet paper, and sugar, but we ended up purchasing these items and leaving them for the next guest, We really enjoyed the wrap-around balcony for relaxing with wine and having conversations, although the large step to enter and exit was challenging for my 80-year-old mother, Overall, it was a positive experience,

Excellent apartment

Just as described, I had seen the previous reviews mentioning the cleanliness of the place, but that was not my experience, The apartment was clean and larger than I had anticipated, The balcony that goes around is amazing, as is the location, Communication with the host was superb, both before and during the stay when they made sure everything was alright on multiple occasions, I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment,

Great location near the park, tower, and subway, Ideal for families with a spacious terrace, but also suitable for a romantic getaway without children around :) Only positive things to say about the apartment's location, Cons: They could improve a bit on cleaning the terrace (the inside of the apartment was clean) The interior doors squeak (noise), which was a bit of a hassle when the kids were sleeping, Overall, it was a really pleasant stay!
