Elegant Apartment - Château de Vincennes - 2BR/6P

Rein optisch eine schöne Wohnung, aber deutlich abgewohnt und deutlicher Renovierungsbedarf! GEPUTZT GEHT ANDERS! In einem Bad geht die Regendusche nicht, im anderen gibt es eine Wanne, keinen Duschvorhang und eine Brause ohne Wandhalterung, Sprünge im Waschbecken, aus der Spülmaschine stinkt, nicht riecht (!) es nach Abfluss, Geschirr ist schmierig bis einfach schmutzig, Krümel auf den Stühlen, Flecken auf dem Sofa, in einem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Rollladenkurbel, aber keinen Rollladen, WC und beide Bäder werden über die Wohnung, nicht über einen Abzug gelüftet. Es gibt nur ein WC, aber das wird aus der Beschreibung klar. In die Wohnung zu kommen ist eine gewisse Glücksache. Es gibt eine Beschreibung, die für die Hauseingangstür ist aber eher ein Ratespiel (zum Glück half uns der Hausmeister). Die für die Wohnungseingangstür ist gut, aber man muss parallel am Türgriff ziehen (!), sonst öffnet die Tür nicht. (Einfach ein altes, austauschbedürftiges (!) Schloss!) Zwei Sterne wegen Optik und Lage der Wohnung, für den Rest 0-1 Stern!

Absolutely one of the top Airbnbs I've ever had the pleasure of staying in!! Extremely clean, ultra-modern, astonishing space! In proximity to excellent eateries, a fantastic neighborhood with children frolicking about due to a school in the vicinity, The host was extremely gracious! Incredible value for money! I'll without a doubt stay here again the next time I'm in Paris! There's also a lift! I'll require the link to the convertible sofa they have as it was among the finest convertible sofas I've ever used

An excellent place to live

The apartment is indeed beautiful, boasting a very comfy bed, a lovely and secure neighbourhood with plenty of dining options, and tasteful decoration, The space is ample, even for six people, However, I feel it may not be suitable for five or six people, given the bathroom conditions, There's only one toilet for five people, with a minuscule sink that doesn't even have soap, The main bathroom lacks a fixed showerhead, forcing you to hold one in your hand while bathing, There's no glass or shower curtain to prevent water from spilling out when showering, The master bedroom's en-suite bathroom has no door, which could be used by guests if there was one, but is not feasible with the current arrangement, The kitchen lacks bowls, paper towels, and there's only one soap for five guests, Entry into the house isn't ideal either, as you have to buzz the intercom at the door and wait for a response, This isn't the landlord's fault, but the apartment's second-floor corridor constantly smells like cigarettes,

The apartment was ideal for our one-week stay with six people, It was as advertised, elegantly decorated, and situated in a safe, tranquil area, The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for us to prepare some meals following a full day of touring, Restaurants, markets, and the Metro were all within a short walk, Our host was very welcoming and promptly answered any queries we had, I am quite particular about my accommodation, and I would gladly stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Paris,
