The park is partly enclosed by a castle wall and shares the atmosphere of the historic town of Bad Bentheim. The Earldom of Bad Bentheim is a sloping wooded area. You will enjoy total tranquillity here. You can enjoy delightful walks and cycle rides amidst beautiful scenery. The rich history of the fort and other places of interest in the area are worth discovering. If you are looking for more entertainment, cities such as Münster and Osnabrück are only a short distance from the park.
Directly opposite the park, you can visit the municipal indoor swimming pool with children's pool and the outdoor pool with various play facilities. Admission to the pool is free for park guests
Charming Semi-Detached Villa
Located in Ferienresort Bad Bentheim near the Dutch-German border, this semi-detached villa offers a relaxing retreat for families or friends. Spread across two floors, it features a living room with TV, DVD, and stereo, and an open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and fridge-freezer. Three bedrooms upstairs can be set up as double or twin beds. Two bathrooms include a bath and a shower, plus separate toilets on each floor. Outside, enjoy a private garden with patio furniture, storage, and parking for one car. Pets are allowed with prior notice, letting your furry friends join the stay.

Specifics
- The 12 and 14 person family villas, DE-48455-15 and DE-48455-16, have 5 or 6 bedrooms.
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
- The exterior and interior of the houses may differ from the photos. This is because there are several versions of the houses.
- Directly opposite the park you can go to the municipal indoor swimming pool with children's pool and the outdoor pool with various play possibilities. For park guests, access to the swimming pool is free.
- From Monday 18 September to Sunday 24 September, the Badepark swimming pool will be closed due to maintenance work.
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

De aankomst verliep naar wens. De accommodatie was heel mooi en gerieflijk. De omgeving was voor ons prima. We hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt.

Het huis was ruim en schoon en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Groene omgeving met en zwembad in de buurt. Zwembad was alleen wel erg druk.

Die Häuser sind sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aber auch einige Verbesserungen sind möglich und wohl auch nötig: - für die Ausgabe eines Zweitschlüssels (für ein 6-Personen-Haus) 2,50 € zu verlangen, ist m.E. sehr eigenartig, - es fehlen Ablageflächen in den Schlafzimmern, - es fehlen Suppenteller in der Küche. Sonst ist aber wirklich alles sehr schön, wir können die Häuser nur empfehlen.
