Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Segelhafen, Mehrere Strände sind in fußläufiger Entfernung und ein Imbiss, sowie ein Fischbrötchenverkauf mit Sitzgelegenheit sind nur einige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt, Die Wohnung ist neu, komfortabel und mit allem eingerichtet, dass man braucht, Bei dem schönen Wetter saßen wir oft auf dem riesigen Balkon, Toll war auch der kostenlose Parkplatz für je ein Auto/Appartment vor dem Haus, / Nachteil: Langsame Internet Verbindung, Netflix schauen mit mitgebrachtem Stick war kaum möglich,

The house is in a great location, we had a wonderful view of the sailing harbor, several beaches are within walking distance and a snack bar and a fish sandwich shop with seating are just a few steps away from the apartment, the apartment is new, comfortable and furnished with everything you need, in the nice weather we often sat on the huge balcony, the free parking for one car/apartment in front of the house was also great, / Disadvantage: slow internet connection, watching Netflix with a stick you brought with you was hardly possible,

Uns hat besonders gut der Ausblick direkt auf die Marina und die Ostsee gefallen, Vom sehr großzügigen Balkon aus kann man die Containerschiffe und Fähren sehr gut beobachten, Da ist bei uns direkt Urlaubsstimmung aufgekommen, Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und liegt direkt an der Promenade, Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in Stein oder Laboe wo es etwas trubeliger ist, Auch Kiel ist nicht weit, Ebenfalls besonders fanden wir den Fisch direkt vom Kutter, frischer geht es nicht, Für unsere Enkelkinder war die Surfschule Heitkate eine willkommene Abwechslung, Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen gern wieder,

We particularly liked the view directly over the marina and the Baltic Sea. From the very spacious balcony you can watch the container ships and ferries very well. It immediately put us in the holiday mood. The apartment is brand new and is right on the promenade. By bike you can quickly get to Stein or Laboe where it is a bit busier. Kiel is also not far away. We also particularly liked the fish straight from the cutter, it couldn't be fresher. The Heitkate surf school was a welcome change for our grandchildren. We had a great week and would love to come back.
