Feriendorf Öfingen, Bad Dürrheim

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, de huisjes zijn ruim genoeg, mooie omgeving. Veel om te ondernemen, vooral als je van wandelen houdt

Vakantie geboekt van 29 april tot 7 mei. Ik heb aangeven dat we pas 30 april komen op zondag. Bij aankomst op zondag is de receptie dicht. Terwijl ik contact had gehad dat we zondag zouden komen. Er hing een briefje op het raam bij de receptie. Familie de sleutel ligt onder de de deurmat. Oké en nu ? Welke huisje is van ons. Na anderhalf uur iemand gesproken te hebben konden we naar ons huisje. Na 8 uur in de auto te hebben gezeten. Toen bij binnenkomst zagen we overal viezigheid. Veel stof. Dode beestjes in hoeken en haren in de badkamer. Ook hadden we geen vaatwasser. Dat hadden we wel geboekt. Volgende dag naar de receptie gegaan met dit verhaal. We mochten 2 dagen laten komen en krijgen geld ter compensatie. Nou dat was 31 euro totaal. Echt belachelijk. Ik boek speciaal een huisje met vaatwasser en nu moet ik 7 dagen 3 keer per dag afwassen. Dus wij hebben geen fijne tijd gehad in het huisje. Slechte service en geen begrip.

Holiday booked from 29th April to 7th May. I have indicated that we will not come until April 30 on Sunday. The reception is closed on Sundays when you arrive. After talking to someone for an hour and a half we were able to go to our house. After being in the car for 8 hours. When we entered we saw filth everywhere. Lots of dust. Dead bugs in corners and hairs in the bathroom. We also had no dishwasher. We had booked that. Next day went to the reception with this story. We were allowed to come for 2 days and receive money as compensation. Well that was 31 euros total. Really ridiculous. I specially book a cottage with a dishwasher and now I have to wash dishes 3 times a day for 7 days. So we did not have a good time in the house. Bad service and no understanding.
