Leider wurde das zugesagte Zimmer Nr. 3 für uns nicht reserviert, sondern die Nr. 1. Dieses Zimmer hatte leider keinen Wohnzimmertisch, dafür ein zusätzliches Bett im Wohnzimmer. Die Möbeln schienen bei eBay-Kleinanzeigen zusammen gesucht zu sein, da kein Stück zum anderen passte. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr war sehr dürftig. Die Reste vom Vormieter standen noch unter der Spüle. Alternativ hat man uns am Folgetag das Zimmer mit der Nummer 17 hergerichtet. Dies sah schon etwas besser aus. Allerdings fehlten hier eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster. Der Kühlschrank hatte kein Gefrierfach. Die Fliesen auf der Toilette waren gerissen. Am 4. Tag konnten wir unsere Fahrräder leider nicht benutzen, da der Abstellraum dafür abgeschlossen war und der Schlüssel unauffindbar war. Das Personal war aber immer nett und freundlich. Leider bisweilen überfordert.

Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich,aufmerksam und stets bemüht, Leider war aber die Organisationsstruktur des Hotels nicht optimal, So mußten Mitarbeiter aus dem Küchen- und Restaurantbereich Aufgaben des Rezeptionsbereiches übernehmen
