Das Haus befindet sich in einem insgesamt sehr schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand. Beim Betreten fällt auf, dass nur eine sehr oberflächliche und ungründliche Reinigung erfolgt ist. Die Räume sind weiterhin verschmutzt, staubig und teilweise von Spinnweben durchzogen. Das Gebäude wirkt insgesamt sehr düster und unfreundlich. Die Beleuchtung ist unzureichend, und durch verschmutzte oder beschädigte Fenster dringt nur wenig Tageslicht ein. Dadurch entsteht ein bedrückender und vernachlässigter Eindruck. Mehrere Einrichtungsgegenstände und Installationen sind defekt. Besonders auffällig sind Steckdosen, die lose aus der Wand hängen, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Auch andere technische Einrichtungen zeigen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und mangelnde Wartung. Die Fenster sind in einem schlechten Zustand: Viele klemmen, lassen sich nur schwer oder gar nicht öffnen, und die vorhandenen Mückengitter sind defekt oder undicht, wodurch Insekten ungehindert eindringen können. Dies trägt zusätzlich zum unangenehmen Wohnklima bei. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls in einem verwahrlosten Zustand. Der Garten ist nicht gepflegt, überwuchert und ähnelt einem kleinen Waldstück („Umwald“). Eine ordnungsgemäße Nutzung oder Erholung ist dort nicht möglich. Aussicht nicht vorhanden da die Bäume viel zu hoch sind, wenn man auf der Terrasse Mauer steht kann man einen Blick aufs Meer erhaschen. Der Parkplatz ist derzeit nicht nutzbar, da er verwildert und viel zu klein ist. Gesamturteil: Der allgemeine Zustand des Hauses und des Grundstücks ist ungenügend. Das Objekt wirkt düster, ungepflegt und teilweise gefährlich. Es besteht dringender Instandhaltungs-, Reinigungs- und Sicherheitsbedarf. Besonders sollten die Fenster, Mückengitter und elektrischen Anlagen überprüft und instandgesetzt werden. Eine gründliche, fachgerechte Reinigung sowie eine umfassende Pflege der Außenflächen sind zwingend erforderlich.

The house is big and nice, but there are a lot of hidden extra costs, such as air conditioning (20 euros per day, not for the entire house but just for two rooms that are super-hot) and change of blankets (20 euro per room). I will not come back and I would not recommend it.
