Stay in this splendid, recently renovated villa, spread over two floors with a large garden and unspoiled surrounding land. In short it is Rustic Tuscan style immersed in nature, for a relaxing holiday with your family. The private swimming pool measures 6.50x4.50, the garden is lit and equipped with sun loungers, sunshades, two gazebos, barbecue, wood-burning oven, table tennis table and various games.
Located in a strategic position between the three provinces of Pisa, Siena and Grosseto, from the villa it is possible to quickly reach the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany. Immersed in 6 hectares of private park and garden divided between a forest of tall trees and fields of olive trees, it offers pleasant walks and trekking routes for excursions. From Casa Vacanze Porrine at 40 and 60 km you can reach Volterra and Siena and with only 35 km the beautiful beaches of FOLLONICA and Puntaala. On the road to Leccia, a fork to the left leads to the site of 'Aque populoniae', an important 3rd-century Etruscan-Roman spa town. Excavations of the largest sacred Etruscan and Roman thermal complex in the world are underway. Only 12 km away, in the municipality of Sasso Pisano, you can regenerate in the thermal waters of Biolago. This is a bathing complex designed for relaxation and personal well-being. It consists of a caldarium with water at 36 degrees and hydromassage, a tepidarium and a photo-purified lake at room temperature.

Het gehuurde huis is ABSOLUUT Belvilla onwaardig! Wij zijn vaak in Italië en weten dat de huizen vaak oud zijn met een aantal gebreken, maar voor 2500,- (al met 50 proc korting) voor 2 personen, is dit huis naast extreem vies (we hebben 63 steekvliegen en wespen binnen kapot geslagen bij aankomst), en alle kranen zijn kapot, gaten in de voor en achterdeuren, lichtschakelaars zijn kapot, airco werkt niet of nauwelijks, hang en sluitwerk stuk, douche geeft 2 min warm water (huis voor 7 personen?!), borden en bestek zijn niet afgewassen in de kast gezet, vaatwasser werkt slecht, panelen van de keukenkastjes zijn los van de vaatwasser en koelkast, tuin is slecht onderhouden (je hebt een SUV nodig om naar het huis te rijden), wespen plaag in achtertuin (waardoor buitenzitten, met alle mogelijke insectenspray, kaarsen etc) NIET mogelijk is. Gastheer heeft ons het huis in 3 min laten zien en wist niet hoe snel hij weg moest gaan. Belvilla dit is absoluut een schande!! Wij gaan eerder weg om het ergens nog wel leuk te hebben. Ik verwacht hierop een gepaste reactie en had heel graag anders meegemaakt.
