Ankunft: Beschilderung vor Ort folgen, z.B. Google Maps kennt den kurzen holprigen Schotterweg zur Unterkunft nicht. Die Vermieterin kam uns schon entgegen und hat uns eine ausführliche Tour durch die Wohnung gegeben. Unterkunft: groß und etwas verwinkelt mit vielen Sofas. Terrasse mit unglaublicher Aussicht auf die Hügel, Montescudaio und auch etwas Meer. Tagsüber heizt sich das Schlafzimmer auf und die Klimaanlage ist im Wohnzimmer, die Temperatur zum Schlafen ist aber noch angenehm. Gute Ausstattung: elektrischer Grill, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gasherd mit Ceran-Platte. Umgebung: Auto nötig für jegliche Unternehmungen. Montescudaio ist sehenswert, Lebensmittel einkaufen kann man hier aber nur begrenzt. In Cecina (~10-15 Min. Fahrt) gibt es aber alles Nötige. Unser Lieblingsstrand war ein naturbelassener unbeaufsichtigter Strand (~25 Min. Fahrt; kostenloses Parken - Sonntags aber kaum Parkplätze frei) zwischen Bau Beach und Marina die Cecina. Innerhalb von ~1h Fahrt sind viele Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!
