Villa in Mugello Hills with Private Pool

Non posso dire abbastanza su quanto sia bella questa villa, È il perfetto mix di lusso e comfort, rendendo il soggiorno indimenticabile,

Erst einmal haben wir uns (vier Pärchen) auf die Villa und den in der Werbung angekündigten Annehmlichkeiten sehr gefreut. Eben Toskana. Die Ernüchterung folgte jedoch sehr schnell. Ein paar Beispiele: das Grundstück ungepflegt, die Zufahrt auf das Grundstück eine Zumutung, der Pool war verschmutzt und stank erbärmlich nach Chemie, so dass wir diesen nicht benutzen konnten, die Polterauflagen waren stark verschmutz und mit Stock- und Schimmelflecken "verziert", die Zimmer wurden offensichtlich Monate nicht benutzt und waren dementsprechend eingestaubt und voller Spinnenweben!! Der Knaller jedoch war, als wir auf der Terrasse waren, donnerte unmittelbar die Regionalbahn mit einem Abstand von max. 10 m am Haus vorbei und das in regelmäßigen Abständen von 30 min. Unfassbar !! (das stand natürlich nicht in der Beschreibung) Diese Villa ist maximal was für Eisenbahnfreunde ;-)) Also, lasst euch nicht von dem verlockenden Namen "Medici-Villa" blenden. Das ist der blanke Reinfall gewesen. Nie wieder!!!!!

First of all, we (four couples) were really looking forward to the villa and the amenities announced in the advertisement. Tuscany. The disillusionment followed very quickly. A few examples: the property was neglected, the driveway to the property was unreasonable, the pool was dirty and smelled pathetic of chemicals, so that we could not use it, the cushions were very dirty and "decorated" with mold and mold stains Rooms were obviously not used for months and were accordingly dusty and full of cobwebs! The big hit, however, was when we were on the terrace, the regional train thundered past the house with a distance of max. 10 m and that at regular intervals of 30 minutes. Incredible! (That was of course not in the description) This villa is at most something for railroad fans ;-)) So, don't be fooled by the tempting name "Medici Villa". That was the sheer failure. Never again!!!!!

Grote rustig gelegen woning met veel karakter! Tuin en zwembad waren top! De trein die er elk uur passeerde waren we snel gewend.

Large quiet house with a lot of character! Garden and pool were great! We quickly got used to the train that passed there every hour.

Mooi en authentiek huis, met mooi uitzicht. Je kan moeiteloos dagen verblijven alleen in het huis. Minpuntje is de trein die redelijk dicht langs het huis rijdt.

Beautiful and authentic house, with beautiful views. You can stay effortlessly days only in the house. Minus is the train that runs reasonably close to the house.
