- The Water Villas are only rented out for recreational purposes.
- Costs on site need to be paid before arrival, you'll be informed about this by Roompot
- Reservations for groups or parties of persons under 25 are not allowed. Organizing parties, student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in and around the water villas is prohibited.
- For groups that fall outside the above criteria, we apply a deposit of € 500 per person. The park reception will contact you about this before the booking is finalized.
- The deposit of € 1500.00 per stay must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival. If there are no details, the deposit will be transferred to you 1 week after departure.
- The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 300 / 500 may apply.
