Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
- Please note that the Koos Kids Club will be closed during the midweek and there is no recreation programme.
- The chalet park is car-free. Park your car in the parking lane. If a car is nevertheless parked among the chalets, the owner will be given a warning. Should the warning be ignored, we may withhold (part of) the deposit.
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.

Wij hebben ondanks de regen een heerlijk verblijf in bospark Lunsbergen gehad. Leuk huisje Alleen de keycard was soms een probleem,maar we kregen uiteindelijk een sleutel.Prima geregeld

Een koele,zakelijke ontvangst. Accommodatie heel goed. Mooie omgeving.. Van de uitgezette wandelroutes ontbraken de specifieke markeringen.

Leuk huis, zeer compleet. Comfortabel, schoon, alles was aanwezig. Goed ingericht, goede bedden, degelijk meubilair. Wel vonden we dat de huisjes redelijk dicht op elkaar staan, veel van de andere huisjes waren op dat moment(gelukkig)niet bezet, anders was er weinig privacy. Terrein netjes onderhouden. Al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, vooral in voor- of naseizoen.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van het huisje en de omgeving, heerlijk om te fietsen. Het zag er prima uit, mooi interieur, en erg gezellig en sfeervol. Dit was ons tweede jaar dat we daar zijn geweest en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. vr gr mevr van der Wal en mevr Bransma.
