The five-star Zeebad Holiday Park is within walking distance of the beach and the North Sea. It consists of three spacious bungalow parks: Fort Soleil, park Breskens and park Scheldeveste. The central park facilities are located at park Scheldeveste with a large tennis/sports hall, swimming pool. The location of the parks is an area of impressive natural beauty. Burgundian Belgium is nearby. All this makes the park the perfect place for an active beach holiday. You can enjoy some very interesting day trips in the area. There is a fishing museum in the town of Breskens. The walled towns of Aardenburg, Hulst and Sluis are well worth a visit. The historic, attractive towns of Ostend, Brugges and Knokke are just over the Belgian border. The area has all the ingredients for a successful holiday.

Take your pup for seaside strolls, visit nearby Groede Podium for a dog-friendly nature walk, or stop by the off-leash area at 'Het Zwin' nature reserve. After a full day, dine at pet-welcoming spots like De Dukdalf or grab fresh seafood on the marina terrace.
Specifics
- Reservations for groups or parties of persons under the age of 21 are not allowed.
- Also, for groups other than family traveling together, an additional deposit of 50 p.p. is required.
- In the early and late season, not all park facilities are open at all times.
- You can rent a crib + high chair for 7.95 per stay. If you stay longer than a week, these costs will be charged twice.
- Please note that a crib does not fit in the bedrooms. If you bring it with you, you can place it in the living room.
- Companies are not allowed to make bookings for employees staying at the park for purposes other than recreation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool will be closed from Monday, November 22 through Friday, November 26.
- Currently, the last part of Zeebad is being built, on the south side of the park to be exact. It is possible that the construction work will cause some inconvenience during the day. Every effort is being made to keep this to a minimum.

- Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. - You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

De eerste dag slecht! Het huisje en locatie is top. maar was heel vies, De vaatwasser stond los in het kastje en het sifon lekte. Maar na dat we een melding er van gemaakt hebben bij de servicebalie werd dat direct verholpen . Maar verder een goede vakantie ervaringen gehad. Mag wel beter schoon gemaakt worden.

Niet Belvilla waardig…zeer compact huis! Huisjes staan heel dicht bij elkaar..ze zijn ook vuil aan de buitenkant! Binnen was het ook niet super proper! De bedden zijn veel te klein alsook de kamers,de frigo ook… De accomodaties zijn echt slecht!! Cafe/ bistro trekt op niets!! personeel kan geen Nederlands!! Bediening en wachttijd afschuwelijk…kids club beneden alle peil..zeer amateuristisch!!! Zwembad is oud en mijn dochter van 8, die kan zwemmen! mag zonder bandjes niet in het grote bad!!!!! Een serieuse ontgoocheling !!!! Hier komen we niet meer terug :-(

Slecht gepoetst. O.a. Een zwembad in badkamer na eerste douchebeurt omdat afvoer verstopt was met zand en haren. Service monteur is geweest en heeft verholpen, maar wel 1e dag beetje vergalt. Poep op wc bril van vorige bewoners. Dag 4 geen warm water ook dus niet om te douchen, wachten op servicedienst. Nu al 2e dag die enigszins vergalt is. Hebben bewust gekozen voor een nieuwe woning, om dit soort problemen te voorkomen, niet dus…..

Dit vakantiehuis was een praktische keuze voor onze gezinsuitje, Het had alles wat we nodig hadden, inclusief een wasmachine die een redder in nood was, De slaapkamers waren ruim en comfortabel, en we vonden het fijn om twee badkamers te hebben, Het buitenterrein was leuk, hoewel het iets meer zitplaatsen kon gebruiken, Over het geheel genomen een solide plek om te verblijven als je dicht bij het strand wilt zijn zonder al te veel gedoe

Nette en verzorgde woningen. Jammer dat er geen winkeltje op het terrein aanwezig is waar je je kan voorzien in het nodige om te kunnen ontbijten.

Das Haus war nicht nur total sauber und modern, sondern auch durchdacht. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Lage im Park und auch die Umgebung sind absolut sehenswert. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns nur gefehlt - Nachttischkästchen, um Bücher, Handys etc. abzulegen.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i dette bærekraftige feriehjemmet! Det var bare en kort spasertur til Breskens Beach, som gjorde morgenene våre herlige, Huset var moderne og smakfullt dekorert, og vi elsket gulvvarmen på badene, Anbefales på det sterkeste for familier som ønsker en avslappende ferie!
