This natural location is extra special, because it is an ideal starting point for excursions to: Zwolle (ca. 15km.), Deventer (ca. 40km.) and Harderwijk (ca. 54km.). There is a wellness centre right near the park where you can relax. For sports activities, you can play tennis or hire a squash court. Only 100 m from the holiday park there is an open air swimming pool offering fun for the whole family. The Gerner country estate has all of the ingredients for a lovely stay with many different activities.

- There is a lovely open air swimming pool open in the spring and summer months, within walking distance from the park, where you can have some water fun (for a fee). For indoor swimming fun, you can hop in the car and go to Zwolle. That swimming pool is called "De Vrolijkheid". Here there are various competition lanes and also a recreation pool with a slide, whirlpool, wildwater creek and climbing wall.

Het huisje is niet perfect en was ook niet superschoon, hier valt nog wat te halen. Het zou fijn zijn als de eigenaar het wat op zou knappen, bv: in de badkamer, de douchebak sluit niet aan dus het water loopt richting toilet, het kastje onder de wastafel is oud en om daar wat in te zetten laat je achterwegen. Zo zijn er wat aandachtspuntje. De ligging van het huisje is prima al is het moeilijk te vinden omdat er geen huisnummers staan aangegeven bij de paden. We hebben het al met al erg naar ons zin gehad, de omgeving is mooi en we hebben lekker gefietst. De fietsen hebben we s' nachts in het huisje gezet omdat de berging vol stond en we daar de fietsen niet in kwijt konden, was jammer.

Mooi, rustig ruim opgezet park. Prima onderhouden, van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg veel leuke dingen te doen in de omgeving!

Alles in Ordnung soweit. Haben zuerst einen falschen Schlüssel bekommen.Wurde aber schnell behoben.

Het was een slecht onderhouden huisje met scheuren in het bad, een kapot aanrechtblad, een kapotte tuinstoel en waarschijnlijk vlooien in het dekbed. Bij aankomst werden wij vriendelijk te woord gestaan. De klachten zijn gemeld. Er werd een nieuwe tuinstoel neergezet en uitleg gegeven dat het huisje nodig gerenoveerd moest worden. Ik vertelde bij de receptie dat dit niet het huisje op de afbeelding van Belvilla is maar dat deze huisjes aan de andere kant van het park staan. Bij de receptie vertelde ze dat Belvilla maar 1 afbeelding van een huisje gebruikt. Dit is wel misleidend. Over de omgeving niets dan goeds, prima fietsroutes, prima restaurant aangrenzend aan het park.
