The holiday park is located near the North sea beach and offers lots of facilities like tennis courts, the water paradise, sauna and Turkish steam bath. The island offers many beautiful walking- and cycling trips in its splendid nature. And of course you could participate in the famous 'wadlopen' over the marshes. Fun excursions: EcoMare, centre for the Wadden- and North sea, the Sommeltjespath and the children nature park. All those who have been seduced by the charms of this island always return !

With the bustling shops, markets, and restaurants of De Koog just a short stroll away, you can easily balance relaxation and exploration during your stay.

Pets are warmly welcomed here, with nearby dog-friendly beaches offering ample space to run and play off-leash. Note: 2025: The swimming pool will be closed from December 8 to December 15, 2025, due to maintenance work.
2026: The swimming pool will be closed from March 9 to March 22, 2026, for maintenance.

- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- The facilities at this park will be limited open during the following midweeks: 10-12-2021 - 13-2-2022, 7-3-2022 - 27-3-2022 and 7-11-2022 - 18-12-2022
- Due to maintenance work, the Kustpark Texel swimming pool will be closed from Monday 11 November to Monday 18 December 2023.
- We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only

- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

Das Badezimmer ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß . Hier besteht Investionsbedarf. Die Utensilien in der Küche sind ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden.

Het verblijf was goed, mooi huisje, mooi park. Schoonmaak was ronduit slecht te noemen. Koelkast was niet schoon, stonk naar vis. Ook aan de vloeren in badkamer en toilet plakten we vast. Wastafel in badkamer liep niet door. Kortom: prima huisje, prima park, maar de schoonmaak moet beter. Ik betaal hier ook 60 euro voor!
