About this home
Near the cosy but lively town De Koog, you will find the coastal park Texel. The holiday park is located near the North sea beach and offers lots of facilities like tennis courts, the water paradise, sauna and Turkish steam bath. The island offers many beautiful walking- and cycling trips in its splendid nature. And of course you could participate in the famous 'wadlopen' over the marshes. Fun excursions: EcoMare, centre for the Wadden- and North sea, the Sommeltjespath and the children nature park. All those who have been seduced by the charms of this island always return !
This restyled, detached holiday home is located in Kustpark Texel on the island with the same name.
There's plenty of space here: the total surface is 115 m2. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with smart TV and pleasant decorative fireplace, open plan kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave. You'll also find a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Outside there is a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. There also is a storage room and parking space for one car.
Both the interior and the exterior of the holiday homes can differ. The photos and descriptions are an indication.
Note: 2025: The swimming pool will be closed from December 8 to December 15, 2025, due to maintenance work.
2026: The swimming pool will be closed from March 9 to March 22, 2026, for maintenance.
Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- The facilities at this park will be limited open during the following midweeks: 10-12-2021 - 13-2-2022, 7-3-2022 - 27-3-2022 and 7-11-2022 - 18-12-2022
- Due to maintenance work, the Kustpark Texel swimming pool will be closed from Monday 11 November to Monday 18 December 2023.
- We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
- The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
- If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Het huis was prima. Niet zo schoon als verwacht, maar niet vies. Het meubilair laat echt slijtageplekken zien en is op enkele plekken stuk. Verder een prima functioneel huisje, waar we met 6 volwassenen en een hond goed konden verblijven.

Das Haus war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Zudem leider auch sehr schlecht geputzt (Spinnweben, verdreckte Lüftungsschlitze an allen Fenstern, verklebte Küchenfronten, Schlieren auf allen Spiegeln etc). Das Haus war auch sehr spartanisch eingerichtet (kein Toaster, kein Brotkorb etc), Vieles war kaputt ( Teekanne, verrostete Schaniere, abgestoßene Wände/Macken etc). Zudem sehr lieblos eingerichtet (und ausnahmslos alle Bilder hingen schief). Wir waren erst einmal einkaufen, um das Nötigste zu besorgen, haben geputzt etc. Wenn man all das bedenkt und weiß, dass wir 2.070 € für das Haus für eine Woche bezahlt haben, kann man nur traurig oder wahlweise wütend werden. Der Service von Belvilla hat sich im Übrigen so gestaltet, dass nachdem wir geschildert haben, was wir vorgefunden haben, niemand mehr erreichbar war. Nicht telefonisch und nicht per Mail. Wir hatten das Gefühl, ignoriert worden zu sein.

Das Haus ist sehr groß mit schönem Garten 6nd Terasse, leider nicht wohnlich . Im OG nur eine Dusche, Toilette im EG. Unterbringung von Senioren oder kleineren Kindern eher nicht empfohlen. Ausstattung insgesamt eher dürftig. Bestelle Bettwäsche war nicht vorhanden, könnte aber an der Rezeption erbeten werden. Insgesamt eher schlecht gereinigt, staubig, Böden schmutzig, Siphon beschmutzt. Im Bad OG umd Toilette EG nicht einmal Spiegel. Nur 1 großes komplettes Bad vorhanden, das ist für 6 Personen zu wenig. Viel Raum durch Wirtschaftsräume verschenkt. Keine Auflagen für Terassenmöbel vorhanden.

Aankomst was prima, we zijn vriendelijk ontvangen. het huis was goed. Alleen troffen we wel een volle vaatwasser aan die we nog moesten uitruimen en nadrogen.
