The holiday park is located near the North sea beach and offers lots of facilities like tennis courts, the water paradise, sauna and Turkish steam bath. The island offers many beautiful walking- and cycling trips in its splendid nature. And of course you could participate in the famous 'wadlopen' over the marshes. Fun excursions: EcoMare, centre for the Wadden- and North sea, the Sommeltjespath and the children nature park. All those who have been seduced by the charms of this island always return !

With three spacious bedrooms—one on the ground floor and two upstairs—this is the perfect setting for family escapes or friend getaways. The single box-spring beds can be set up as doubles or twins, offering flexibility for all guests.

Note: 2025: The swimming pool will be closed from December 8 to December 15, 2025, due to maintenance work.
2026: The swimming pool will be closed from March 9 to March 22, 2026, for maintenance.
Specifics
- Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
- Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
- The facilities at this park will be limited open during the following midweeks: 10-12-2021 - 13-2-2022, 7-3-2022 - 27-3-2022 and 7-11-2022 - 18-12-2022
- Due to maintenance work, the Kustpark Texel swimming pool will be closed from Monday 11 November to Monday 18 December 2023.
- We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately

We spent the second time our vacation in the Kustpark Texel. It was a good stay overall. Two things very slightly annoying: Booking - it was impossible to get our house one week later WITH dog. Simply not bookable - without dog it was no problem to book. So we had to move one week earlier which allowed us to book the very same house(!) at higher cost(!). Not good. A house is either a „with dog“ place or not. Second slightly negative topic: basically all the bed sheets had some kind of greyish stains. Not dirt-like, so it was not disgusting. More like something in the cleaning process went wrong. Not a big deal, but for the money spent it should not be the case.

Haus super mit Kinder und Hund perfekt.Internet sehr guter emfang.Park sauber Kinderfreundlich und Hundefreundlich.Sehr gutes Essen mit netter Bedienung.Schwimmbad top.Einfach nur zu empfehlen.

De Koog is altijd top net zoals heel Texel, het huis laat wel wat te wensen over.

Eerder inchecken was niet mogelijk alleen tegen betaling. Rond 13.30 sleutel gaan halen maar kregen deze niet mee. Huisje moest nog gecheckt worden. Naar onze mening is deze zeker niet gecheckt. Bij binnenkomst zat de kaas van de vorige gasten nog aan de kaasschaaf en lag het boven vol met vlokken stof. Heel het huisje voor spinnenwebben en waren de douche putjes boven en beneden kapot en waren er meerdere lampen kapot. We vonden dit erg vervelend dus toch maar een melding gedaan waarop de schoonmaakster zei “ ik heb hier vanmorgen zelf schoongemaakt en toen zat die kaas er nog niet op”. Ook toen de schoonmaakster weg was, was het huisje niet schoon en zou er nog iemand komen. Receptie meerdere malen moeten bellen voor er iemand kwam. Onze ervaring was erg slecht en ook het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk

Douche zeer smerig. Vloer toilet smerig. Trap en leuningen smerig. Heb foto’s genomen. En dan brengen jullie op voorhand schoonmaakkosten in rekening. Heb zelf de trapleuning en deurkrukken wat schoongemaakt, maar dat is niet ons idee van vakantie en verre van Coronaproof!!!! Dan zou er een slaapkamer beneden zijn, wat ook al niet het geval is. 2 slaapkamers en een hok met stapelbed boven. TV boven werkt niet

Goed huisje op een leuk park. Alles goed verzorgd. De bedden zijn heerlijk en hebben allemaal daar goed geslapen. Alleen jammer dat in deze Coronatijd in het servicepakket geen stukje zeep zat om je handen te wassen.
