Résidence Wijngaerde opened is a modern residence in the centre of charming Domburg, one of the oldest beach resorts in the Netherlands, and is located just 200 metres from the beach and sea. So you don't need a car to enjoy the charm of Domburg and its North Sea beach. For optimum peace and quiet, there are no additional facilities at the residence itself. As a Wijngaerde guest, however, you are free to use the many facilities found at Hof Domburg. This holiday park is just 500 metres from the residence. Here you will find a subtropical swimming paradise, bowling alleys and tennis courts, among other amenities. Of course, there is also plenty of entertainment to be found on the beach and in the charming Zeeland towns with their many shops, cafes and restaurants. You have a wide variety of daytrips to choose from, including the Veerse Meer Water Ski Centre, a ride on a steam train from Goes to Borssele, Deltapark Neeltje Jans in Burgh Haamstede, the Jazz Festival in Middelburg in early June and the Onderstroom music festival in Vlissingen in early July, which celebrates the start of summer. There are also various tours you can take, such as a city tour of Middelburg and a tour of Oosterschelde National Park. You can also take a sightseeing flight above the province and, for the brave, a tandem jump at Sky-dive Zeeland in Arnemuiden. Add to this the various museums, street fairs and markets and you can see that the province of Zeeland has something for everyone!

Guests can choose from four-person and six-person apartments, some featuring a kitchen island with a bar area, a roof terrace, or a private infrared sauna. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds for optimal comfort. Several units are pet-friendly, though this does not mean that others are completely pet-free. Each apartment is designed to provide a luxurious stay, ensuring relaxation in a stylish setting.

The location offers easy access to the sandy shoreline, where guests can enjoy seaside walks and water activities. The charming town center, filled with cozy cafés, boutique shops, and fresh markets, is just a short stroll away. Golf enthusiasts can visit the Domburgsche Golf Club, while nature lovers can explore the scenic Manteling nature reserve. A variety of seafood restaurants serve local specialties, providing a true taste of Zeeland.

Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a combination microwave and dishwasher. The air-conditioned living room offers a comfortable space to unwind. Most apartments include two bathrooms, with one featuring a bathtub and the other a shower. Select units also have an infrared sauna for added relaxation. A separate utility space includes a washing machine and dryer. A private balcony with garden furniture and a designated parking space in the garage complete the offering.

Due to a fire in the wellness center at Roompot Hof Domburg, the swimming pool, bowling alley, and wellness facilities (De Parel) are currently closed.
