Hunzepark holiday park can be found at the edge of the Hondsrug sand ridge, in a beautiful area of forest and heathland. Cyclists are perfectly in their element here. The water-rich surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for fishing, canoeing, swimming and boating. Golfers have come to the right place as well, with a golf course just a short distance from the park. One of the most popular attractions in the northern Netherlands is Emmen Zoo, which is right by Hunzepark. You can learn all about the history of the regions dolmens at the Hunebedcentrum in Borger. And theres more history to be discovered at De Veenkoloniën dairy farm, where you can learn everything there is to know about cheese and clogs. Specifics
- In the low season from 08.11.2021 t/m 27-3-2022 und 31-10-2022 - 8-1-2023 the facilities are closed during midweeks.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-September, depending on the weatherconditions this can differ. When the swimming pool is closed, you can use the swimming paradise of Holiday park Hunzedal. Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Vakantiepark Hunzedal will be closed from Monday 8 January to Monday 29 March 2024 und from 6 january till 17 january 2025.
- For several parks a group deposit is charged. The amount of the deposit can differ per park and per group composition. The deposit will be an amount between €50 and €500 per person. Please take this into account when making the reservation. The reception desk of the park decides whether the deposit is necessary. If the accommodation is left in a proper condition, the deposit will be returned within 5 to 10 working days.
- New holiday accommodations are currently being added on a part of the park. This is expected to be completed by mid-June 2023. The park will make every effort to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
- Groups of students will stay at our park from September 2 to 4, 2024. They have meetings in the catering industry. As a result, the restaurant will be closed to other guests on September 2 and 3, 2024 from 5:00 PM. The snack bar is open. The meetings may cause noise pollution.
- The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described
- You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
- Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
- Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
- Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability
- This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
- For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply.
- If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.

Leuk huisje, zeker gezien de prijs. Echter voor 6 personen te klein! We hadden erg warm weer en dan word het zeer benauwd in hé huisje. Ook horretjes zouden welkom zijn. Verder geen klagen. Prachtig schoon park met vriendelijk personeel!!

Die Lage/Ausstattung etc. war genauso wie vorher beschrieben. Zudem war alles sauber und einladend zum Wohlfühlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und engagiert. Wir kommen wieder :)

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in Drenthe. Het park had allerlei faciliteiten waar we goed gebruik van konden maken en er heerste een fijne sfeer op het park. Verder was er genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Ik zou er zo weer heen gaan om van de omgeving en het huisje te genieten.

Mooie ligging en je zit heel vrij. Mooi chalet met alles erop en eraan, alleen er was een Senseo apparaat en geen normaal koffiezetapparaat. Roompot wilde niet meewerken om het om te ruilen. Ben je slecht ter been, dan is het moeilijk om er te komen, omdat je niet met de auto bij de chalet kunt komen.

Schoon en comfortabel huisje. Het is wel snel warm binnen als de zon er overdag op staat, dus een ventilator meenemen in de zomer is wel een must.
