Nette woning op een mooi en rustig park welke nog volop in ontwikkeling is (plaatsen van nieuwe woningen). Woning staat omschreven als 6 persoons, maar is te klein voor 4 volwassenen. Op het terras weinig privacy vanwege openverbinding met andere terrassen. Wel mooi gelegen aan een vijver.
