Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr mager und die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Die Lage und der Hafen sind top.

Havenlodge war extrem schmutzig, nahe an ekelerregend. Schimmel an Dichtungen, Popel und tote Insekten an Wänden, Vogelkot und Spinnweben außen an Fenstern. (Positiv: Eine Putzkraft kam nach Reklamation nochmal für eine Stunde. Aber es fehlt eine intensive Grundreinigung, die offenkundig seit Jahren nicht erfolgte.) Immerhin die Bettwäsche war sauber. Geschirr und Besteck unvollständig, z.B. nur 1 Teelöffel. Marinaparcs stellte 200 € Rechnung für Nebenkosten zur Vorauszahlung, die ich schon mit Buchung an Belvilla bezahlt hatte (positiv: ich habe nach mehreren Emails und einem Anruf eine Erstattung erhalten. Negativ: ein Monat nach der Reise schickt Marinaparcs wieder Zahlungsaufforderung.) Checkin war eigentlich einfach und gut, aber man wird von Belvilla und vor allem Marinaparcs mit gut einem Dutzend Emails überschüttet mit vielen verschiedenen Dokumenten, Informationen usw., die teilweise stimmen und teilweise nicht. Völlig übertrieben, verwirrend und nervig. Marinaparcs beantwortet keine Emails. Bei Anruf gab es eine überforderte Mitarbeiterin. Der Jachthaven Naarden ist ganz nett. In Summe schlecht, den Preis nicht wert.

A great base for our trip! The lodge was spacious enough for our family, and we appreciated the proximity to local attractions, The area was peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing
