Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Park ist recht neu. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war nicht in Ordnung. Die WC-Anlagen und Küche mussten wir bei Ankunft nachputzen. Das kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen für den Preis. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht bei unserer Ankunft. Der Hausmeister kam recht zügig vorbei und war sehr freundlich. Leider kannte er sich nicht mit der Anlage aus und brachte uns einen Elektroheizofen für das Haus. Damit haben wir die Woche im Erdgeschoss geheizt. Hätte damit gerechnet, dass die Woche noch ein Techniker vorbei gekommen wäre. Warmes Wasser kam immer erst nach einiger Zeit aus den Wasseramaturen. Kann auch an dem Defekt der Heizungsanlage gelegen haben. Wir hatten ein Haus mit Sauna und Pool im Garten. Die Sauna wurde nicht richtig heiß. Der Garten war von anderen Häusern und der Straße einsehbar. Da ich nicht mit Bademantel in die Sauna gehe, hätte ich hier mehr Privatsphäre erwartet. Die Anlage und das Haus war okay. Spielplätze für die Kinder schön angelegt. Für den Preis haben wir in Summe mehr erwartet.
