Enjoy your free time on the terrace and prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen. This property is ideal for vacations with family and friends. The beach by the sea is a few steps from the house and you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the sun in the summer. The fishing lover finds numerous cozy seafood restaurants on his/her path during a bike ride through the beautiful Zeeland. The accommodation has a nice garden and a modern décor. 2 of the bedrooms have a bathroom en suite and the living room is furnished with a TV, a dining table and a comfortable seating area. In addition, parking is available at the holiday home. The electric barbecue and gas barbecue are allowed but are not present at the property. The holiday home also has a NESPRESSO coffee machine. Note: Please charge your electric car directly using the charging station. Do not use an extension cord to charge the vehicle. <br><b> Optional Utilities & Service Package </b><br><b> An optional utilities and service package of EUR 224,20 </b> can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.<br>This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.<br>Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
