Het huisje was niet schoon. De vloer was erg vies, overal lagen stofwolken. De borden, kopjes en besteklade waren ook vies. De hondenharen lagen in de bedden. Het beddengoed was verouderd en er zaten vlekken in. Wat jammer is. Het huisje heeft de potentie om een fijn vakantieverblijf te zijn met voldoende ruimte en gemak. Ook het park is aan een opknapbeurt toe.
