It features six bedrooms, including a specially furnished children’s room with custom kids’ beds and a fenced backyard that borders a large, enclosed playground. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and ensures a child-safe environment with safety gates installed at the top and bottom of the stairs.

The living areas are bright and airy, including a sitting area, dining area, TV, and a dedicated play area for children. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a covered terrace, garden furniture, and parking space for three cars. Additional amenities, such as outdoor heaters, high chairs, or baby beds, can be requested in advance, subject to availability.

Nestled in the heart of Central Limburg, the villa is within walking distance of the charming town of Thorn, which is known for its white-brick houses, historic buildings, and picturesque streets. Guests can easily explore the town’s quaint shops and cafes, which offer regional specialties. The resort is also near the Maasplassen lakes, a premier water recreation area in the Netherlands, where visitors can enjoy activities such as swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, and e-foiling.and-up paddleboarding, and e-foiling.

The park is under development, with minor construction noise possible.
