Alles prima! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit…die Häuschen sind mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.

Leider hat die Sauberkeit über die Jahre merklich nachgelassen.

De omgeving is mooi. Het mierenprobleem in het huisje is direct en correct opgelost. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Fijn huisje, maar totaal geen privacy.

We konden 2 uur later in huisje het was een rommelig begin van onze vakantie huisje was ook niet mooi schoon we kregen flesje wijn en volgende dag zijn ze huisje nog een keer komen poetsen We missen beschrijving van alle apparatuur.

Leider haben wir eine absolute armeisenplage in der Küche. Die Betten sind weich wie Wasserbetten und viel zu klein für zwei erwachsene. Zudem bekommt man nicht mal eine zweite Klopapier Rolle. Kaffee haben wir auch keinen erhalten und die Box in der Küche war auch leer! Es ist ziemlich dreckig in der Unterkunft sehr staubig, Toilette hat komplett brauen Ablagerungen und das Waschbecken war auch noch mit Staub bedeckt. Es gibt in der Dusche nicht mal eine Seife oder Shampoo was zur Verfügung gestellt wird für den Gast. Handtücher gibt es einmal auch für 5 Tage. Wir sind absolut enttäuscht vorfallem für diesen preis der absolut nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Komplett überteuert. Wir werden leider nicht mehr kommen.

Toplocatie! Fijn dat er 2 badkamers in het huisje zitten. Mooie luxe keuken, prima bedden. Enige minpuntje de stoffen bank in een huis waar honden in mogen. Honden gaan op de bank liggen dus er zaten wat vlekken in. Handiger om daar leer of sky neer te zetten. Verder echt een tophuisje!

Met het boeken zijn er veel dingen misgegaan. Waar ik eerst vriendelijk werd geholpen, heb ik vervolgens € 200,- moeten bijbetalen voor dezelfde boeking (om annulering te voorkomen), zonder fatsoenlijke uitleg en ondanks de fouten die er zijn gemaakt bij Belvilla. Een simpele omboeking had een hoop frustratie kunnen voorkomen.

Many things went wrong with the booking. Where I was first helped kindly, I then had to pay € 200 extra for the same booking (to avoid cancellation), without a proper explanation and despite the mistakes that were made at Belvilla. A simple rebooking could have prevented a lot of frustration.

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war die Unterkunft dreckig. Es lagen jede Menge Hundehaare herum und auch sonst wurde nicht gut gereinigt, sonst hätten wir uns für die Bewertung „sehr gut“ entschieden. Praktisch wäre neben der Fußbodenheizung eine normale Heizung im Bad, da die Handtücher nicht trocknen.

The accommodation itself was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the accommodation was dirty. There was a lot of dog hair lying around and otherwise it wasn't cleaned well either, otherwise we would have given the rating "very good". In addition to underfloor heating, normal heating in the bathroom would be practical, as the towels do not dry.

Wir wurden sehr nett vom Personal der Ferienanlage Roompot in Zandvoort empfangen. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und sauber. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Personal konnte uns bei allen Fragen weiter helfen. Kann man nur empfehlen, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the Roompot holiday resort in Zandvoort. The holiday home was very nice and clean. Everything was there in the house that you need. The staff was able to help us with any questions. Can only be recommended, we had a great holiday

Schönes, gemütliches Haus!

Es war sehr schön und wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so gut gehalten, aber das kann man ja leider nicht mit buchen….😉

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen. Strand ist in 2 min zu erreichen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Handtücher und Küchenutensilien sind verfügbar.

The facility is very nicely located. Beach can be reached in 2 minutes. The house is functionally furnished. Towels and kitchen utensils are available.

Netjes, modern en gastvrij

Unser Bungalow ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Aussicht ist toll. Der Weg zum Strand schnell und einfach. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Hund fühlt sich sehr wohl. Eine minimale Kritik fällt auf die doch sehr weichen Matratzen.

Our bungalow is well furnished and clean. The view is great. The way to the beach quick and easy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our dog feels very comfortable. A minimal criticism falls on the very soft mattresses.

Goede ligging, schoon, personeel weg behulpzaam. Als het echt heel arm gaat worden dan zal een airco geen luxe zijn.

Good location, clean, staff way helpful. If it is really going to be very poor, an air conditioner will not be a luxury.

Das Haus war super schön und sehr sauber. Die Lage war perfekt - gleich am Strand und nur paar Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir kommen hier sehr gerne nochmal her.

The house was super nice and very clean. The location was perfect - right on the beach and just a few minutes from the center. We'd love to come back here again.

Es ist sehr schön hier und auch eine sauber Unterkunft. Alle sehr freundlich. Nur die Betten sind sehr unbequem.

Mooi huisje, rustige omgeving

Leuk huisje, eigenlijk meer een stacaravan. Slaapkamers en badkamers heel klein, fijne bedden. Mooie ruime keuken, leuke stoelen buiten en lekker plekje in de Duinen. Weinig ruimte en privacy.

Nice house, actually more of a mobile home. Bedrooms and bathrooms very small, nice beds. Nice spacious kitchen, nice chairs outside and a nice spot in the Dunes. Little space and privacy.

Die Ankunft verlief ohne Probleme. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Leider war es durch die viel befahrene Küstenstraße und die Rennbahn ziemlich laut.

The arrival went without any problems. The accommodation was very nice, well-kept and clean. Unfortunately it was quite noisy due to the busy coastal road and the racetrack.

Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einzig die Betten, waren uns zu weich, weshalb unser Schlaf nicht so erholsam war wie wir es gerne gehabt hätten. Auch haben die Betten keine Begrenzung für die Matratzen, sodass die Matratzen immer aus dem Bett rutschen wenn man sich viel bewegt. Die Umgebung war sauber, der Strand ein Traum.

The accommodation was comfortable and functional. Only the beds were too soft for us, which is why our sleep was not as relaxing as we would have liked. The beds also have no limit for the mattresses, so that the mattresses always slip out of the bed when you move a lot. The environment was clean, the beach was a dream.

Accommodatie was prima van alle gemakken voorzien alleen de zitplaatsen in kamer had iets meer gemogen bijv een grotere bank ipv de twee fauteuils , verder prima keuken ruime indeling , slaapkamer goed alleen daar weinig kastruimte voor je kleding . En omgeving was prima lekker dicht bij het strand

Accommodation was fine with all mod cons only the seats in room had something more liked eg a larger couch instead of the two armchairs, otherwise great kitchen spacious layout, good bedroom only there little closet space for your clothes. And environment was great nice close to the beach

Für uns hat alles super gepasst. Sehr hochwertiges Haus, tolles Interieur. Umgebung was ganz toll, die Dünen hinter dem Haus und vorne das Meer. Die Angestellten im Ferienpark sind super nett und ganz entspannt. Ich möchte noch das Technik Team erwähnen. Wir hatten ein Problem am Sonntag spät am Abend. Auch das wurde prompt erledigt. Tolles Team!!!! Wir kommen hier gerne wieder her, vielleicht noch einmal an Ostern nächstes Jahr.

Everything was great for us. Very high quality house, great interior. Environment was great, the dunes behind the house and in front the sea. The staff at the holiday park are super nice and very relaxed. I would like to mention the technical team. We had a problem on sunday evening. This was done promptly. Great team!!!! We like to come here again, maybe again at Easter next year.

Reibungsloser und freundlicher Ablauf der Formalitäten. Unterkunft und Umgebung sind genau wie beschrieben und eher übertroffen mit der Ausstattung welche dort vorgefunden wurde. Alles vorhanden was für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird und in der Küche fehlte es einem an nichts was noch hinzuzufügen wäre. Umgebung traumhaft und für den morgendlichen Spaziergang mit dem Hund einfach nur perfekt.

Smooth and friendly procedure of the formalities. Accommodation and surroundings are exactly as described and rather exceeded with the equipment which was found there. Everything was available which is needed for daily use and in the kitchen you did not miss anything to add. Surroundings fantastic and for the morning walk with the dog just perfect.

Prachtig , heerlijk aan de zee

Het inchecken was een drama, 2 uur wachttijd vanaf 16 uur, de accommodatie was goed, de omgeving was goed quacstrand en slecht qua ligging naast t race circuit.
