Holiday Home in Zuidzande with Sauna

The house was very cozy and well-maintained, The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having a washing machine, Just a short drive to the beach, which was a plus!

Great amenities like the tennis court and proximity to local restaurants made our stay enjoyable, Would recommend for a group retreat

Een heel fijn huis, mooie vloer, fijne bank in de woonkamer. De bedden waren goed, behalve een soort bedbank., daar was niet op te liggen. Was ook niet zo erg. We hadden geboekt voor 7 personen, maar na 2 nachten gingen 2 personen ook al weer weg. De keuken was prima, van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote koelkast en vriezer kwam goed van pas. Buiten ook ruim, goeie BBQ. Al met al een aanrader!

A very nice house, nice floor, nice couch in the living room. The beds were good, except for a kind of sofa bed., there was not enough to lie on. Wasn't that bad either. We had booked for 7 people, but after 2 nights 2 people also left. The kitchen was fine, fully equipped. Large fridge and freezer came in handy.Buiten also spacious, good BBQ.Al in all highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our time here! The views of the farm were beautiful, and we loved being able to relax in the sauna after a day of exploring the Zwin, A bit tricky getting in after hours, so plan accordingly

Our stay at Hof 't Suytsant was absolutely delightful! Heerlijk sfeervol huis in een prachtige omgeving. Lekker op de fiets naar het strand. Leuke strandtenten voor drankjes en lunch op het terras.

Het is geweldig als je even weg wilt van de drukte(ligt heel landelijk). Ook zeer centraal bij de zee. Het was echt mega schoon. De bedden waren wel wat minder. En de tv kon ik moeilijk bedienen, was wat ouder en moest je met 2 afstandbedieningen. De eigenaar was heel behulpzaam. Wel moet je er rekening mee houden dat er extra kosten komen wanneer je gebruik wilt maken van de sauna. En de kosten die je verbruikt (meterstanden worden aan begin en aan het eind opgenomen. De verbruikte kosten word verekend met de borg de overige borg word teruggestort.

It is great if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle (very rural). Also very central to the sea. It was really clean. The beds were a bit less. And the TV was difficult to operate, it was a bit older and you had to use 2 remote controls. The owner was very helpful. You do have to take into account that there will be extra costs if you want to use the sauna. And the costs that you use (meter readings are recorded at the beginning and at the end. The consumed costs will be settled with the deposit, the remaining deposit will be refunded.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op hof t Suytsant. De ontvangst was hartelijk en en ook de rest van de week was 'boer Pim' altijd in voor een praatje of even spelen met de kinderen. De boerderij is voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen ideaal om te verblijven net zoals de ruime tuin met trampoline e.d. Het huisje was voor ons vieren groot zat en zag er keurig en luxe uit. Wij gaan hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen!

We had a wonderful holiday on court t Suytsant. The welcome was warm and and the rest of the week "peasant Pim" always in for a chat or to play with the children. The farm is ideal for families with small children to stay just like the spacious garden with trampoline, etc. The cottage was great for the four of us sat and looked neat and luxury. We will definitely return here again!

vrij ruimer woning, goed uitgerust. 8 personen is absoluut maximum want met 1 badkamer is dit een beetje krap en de ruimte rond de bedden zijn eerder te meten in centimeters. Grasplein voor huisje is wel leuk, maar wanneer het huisje ernaast verhuurd is, komt de privacy wel onder druk. Alleen spijtig dat het onmogelijk bleek om een eindafrekening te krijgen.

free spacious home, well equipped. 8 people is absolute maximum for with 1 bathroom, this is a little cramped and the space around the beds to measure earlier in centimeters.Grasplein for cottage is nice, but when the house is rented next door, privacy comes under pressure. Only sorry that it was impossible to get a final bill.

Overall, a nice holiday home, The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped, It was a bit far from the main attractions, but we enjoyed the peaceful countryside vibe

Wir hatten in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit der ganzen Familie eine tolle Zeit. Superausstattung ( das einzige, was fehlte war eine Fliegenklatsche- empfehlenswert), ordentlich und sauber. Perfekt für Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern, traumhaftes Gelände ums Haus herum zum Spielen, Laufrad fahren etc., innen geräumig genug für Einrichten einer Spielecke und einer Krabbelecke. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt für den Aufenthalt mit Kindern- die Fenster in den Schlafräumen haben superdichte Rollos und dunkeln komplett ab. Die freundlichen Vermieter brachten nachdem sie mitbekamen, dass wir einen 3 jährigen dabeihatten den ausrangierten Fuhrpark ihres Sohnes, absolut nett. Ab da war unser Sohn im Trettraktor-, Rutschetraktor- und Baggerhimmel. Und sind die Kleinen gl࿌klich, sind auch die Gro෾n gl࿌klich. Wir alle hatten eine entspannte Woche in einem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Domizil.

We had at this beautiful holiday home with the whole family a great time. Super equipment (the only thing missing was a Fliegenklatsche- recommended), neat and clean. Perfect for holiday with small children, wonderful grounds around the house to play, wheel drive, etc., interior spacious enough to set up a play area and a baby corner. Another plus for the stay with children- the windows in the bedrooms have super-tight blinds and dark completely. The friendly owner brought after mitbekamen that we here had a 3 year old Retired fleet of their son, absolutely nice. From there, our son was in Trettraktor-, Rutschetraktor- and excavators sky. And are the little gl ࿌ chang e, also the size ෾ n gl ࿌ are chang e. We all had a relaxing week in a very tastefully decorated home.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Für einen Urlaub mit Kindern sehr geeignet, da es auch einen Spielplatz gibt, den man von der Terasse immer im Auge hat. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hin fahren!!!!

Very nice cottage. Modern and spacious. If you travel with children is very appropriate because it also has a playground, one has of the terrace always in mind. We would go every time again!!
