For nice day trips with the children you could go to Adventure Park Hellendoorn (approx. 11 km), Amusement Park Slagharen (approx. 47 km) and the Apenheul (approx. 60 km), but IJsboerderij ’n Mors (approx. 5 km) is certainly also worth a visit for a wonderful ice cream and a look behind the scenes. The historical cities Deventer (approx. 35 km) and Enschede (approx. 40 km) are very suitable for a pleasant combination of culture and shopping.
