Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und in einem guten Zustand, Am bootsmotor haben ich zu bemängeln er ist noch mit einem Seilzugstarter ausgestattet, Heute verwendet man 4 takt Motoren mit einem geringen Verbrauch und einer laufruhe,
