Villa in the picturesque village of Arta

The modern, impressive townvilla is located in the picturesque village of Arta in the northeast of Mallorca,
not far from well-known beaches such as Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta or Cala Agulla in Cala Ratjada. The house is in a
privileged position in the upper part of the old town of Arta, just below the parish church.

From the roof terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the castle. From here you can easily take a stroll through the city and end it with a convivial lunch or dinner in one of the nearby restaurants. Only in 2010 was the villa redesigned according to a very original concept into an extraordinary holiday home.

On more than 400 m² of living space, divided over three floors, our guests can expect clear lines and a great, pleasant and very cozy interior. On the second floor are four of the 6 double bedrooms, all with their own TV and air conditioning, as well as the 6 bathrooms and one guest toilete. In the lower area is the entrance area with a fireplace and the staircase, a guest toilet and the open, modern 35 m² kitchen with a cooking island and a large dining table. From here you can reach the highlight the inner courtyard (Spanish "patio"), where the private 7 m x 2.5 m swimming pool and, as a final element, a covered terrace with
barbecue area are located. The top floor also offers plenty of space with outdoor terraces with a wonderful view over
the rooftops of the city of Arta....

Our conclusion: Overall, a great high-quality holiday home for families or groups of friends in a lively, typical Mallorcan village, not far from beautiful beaches !
