The communal exteriors are wonderful and feature a well-kept garden, a BBQ and a 9 x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.9 m. The house is situated in a small residential area with three buildings in total.
Start your day with a large breakfast on the porch. This house offers accommodation on one floor and 100 m2. There are three bedrooms with two twin beds each, two bathrooms (one with bath tub and the other with shower), a cosy living-dining room with satellite-TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. We can supply one cot. There is A/C in the living room and in two of the three bedrooms.
If the beach is what you are searching for, Cala d'Or is the right place. The village forms part of the municipality of Santanyí. In the town centre you will find all services you may need during your holidays. Close-by there are lots of wonderful bays: Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Llonga. A 10 minutes' drive takes you to the golf course Vall d'Or. Furthermore, you can visit the natural park Mondragó, the fishing village Portopetro and the dreamlike bay Cala S'Almonia.
The house is on a land where are three detached houses, but the pool, the garden and the BBQ are shared. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars.
