The complex consists of 7 apartments; therefore, the outside spaces are communal. There is a chlorinated pool of 11 x 5.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m, a solarium with 14 deck-chairs, a large terrace, a small playground, large gardens, a fixed barbecue and a fully equipped porch. The establishment has a small private terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
This 40 m2, one storey house has one double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available on request. The kitchen and the living-dining room share the same space. The living-dining room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob.

And around you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters.Just a 30-minute drive will take you to Palma, where you can go shopping, and visit all the cultural insights. Near Palma there is an aquarium and several water parks such as Western Park and Aqualand.
