Poolside Stay with Ocean Views

The house was fantastic and exactly like the description. Unfortunately the pool was not heated as promised. It was a shame for the children who were really happy. Luckily we were very well looked after and we got the money back for the preheating.Thanks Cathy. Everything we needed was there. One note: mattresses are no longer as comfortable.

This house haves everything you want, its close to Alicante and also close to Benidorm, amazing views !

Huis was geweldig! Kookplaat binnen was alleen kapot en piepte een week lang. De klusjesman kon dit ook niet verhelpen. Hou wel rekening met de stroom kosten welke achteraf berekend worden. Dit is absurd hoog. Wij hadden ook 200eu betaald om het zwembad te verwarmen alleen dat bleek enkel vóórverwarmen te zijn. De overige zwembad kosten worden achteraf nog meeberekend met de rest. Dat was flink schrikken.

House was great! The hob inside was broken and squeaked for a week. The handyman couldn't fix this either. Please take into account the electricity costs that are calculated afterwards. This is absurdly high. We also paid 200 euros to heat the pool, but that turned out to only be pre-heating. The other swimming pool costs will be calculated afterwards with the rest. That was quite a shock.

The villa is great! The showers are not warm That is a little disapointing.

Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door de vertegenwoordiger van Casa Coveta, de lokale agent Het huis is fantastisch geequipeerd, alle apperatuur is aanwezig . Er is zelfs een volledige buitenkeuken met alles er op en er aan. Een mooi zwembad in de ruime tuin en een schitterend uitzicht. Wel werd voor 1 week €107 in rekening gebracht voor de energie, dat zit dus niet in de huur. Zo een zwembad tikt dus behoorlijk door in de kosten . Ook de €350 extra schoonmaakkosten is niet weinig!

On arrival we were met by the representative of Casa Coveta, the local agent. The house is fantastic equipped, all equipment is present. There is even a full outdoor kitchen with everything on it. A beautiful swimming pool in the spacious garden and a magnificent view. However, € 107 was charged for the energy for 1 week, so that is not included in the rent. Such a swimming pool therefore ticks the costs considerably. Also the € 350 extra cleaning costs is not small!

wij zijn zeer netjes en vriendelijk ontvangen. kregen een korte rondleiding en goede uitleg over alles in en om het huis. kortom prima geregeld !!

Fantastische villa op een schitterende hoge locatie met zicht op zee. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt veel privacy. Met de (huur)auto ben je binnen 20 min in Alicante en binnen 5 min aan zee (strand). De lokale beheerder is vriendelijk en behulpzaam (o.a. voor sleuteloverdracht en huur auto) en meer dan bereid om nuttige aanvullende informatie te verstrekken. Wij hebben genoten !

Fantastic villa in a beautiful high location with sea view. The villa is fully equipped and offers a lot of privacy. With the (rental) car you are within 20 minutes in Alicante and within 5 minutes to the sea (beach). The local manager is friendly and helpful (inter alia for key collection and car rental) and more than willing to provide useful additional information. We enjoyed !

We got a bit lost coming from the airport by following the instructions but Waze got us to Coveta Fuma in the end! We also arrived mid afternoon so everything was shut. However after a quick call we were escorted up to the villa. It is a beautiful place, exactly as you imagine. We enjoyed our time there very much and all our photos look almost unreal! They have thought of absolutely everything for whatever kind of holiday you want - we chose to relax for the week and mainly cooked at the villa. The supermarket down the road is fine for top ups, we used Aldi in El Campello quite heavily. Can recommend La Cova as a restaurant close by and the snorkelling around that part of El Campello is fantastic. I would warn you to hire a car with a bit of power. We had to Fiat Tipos and they struggled up the final part of the hill to the villa, we basically had to grind up in first. And with that in mind, remember that this is on a mountain and at the top of a hill. Nothing is walking distance. You need a car!!
