Les couchages d'une très mauvaises qualité. Le refrigerateur etait cassé et a l'arrivé n'avait meme pas été degivré! Pire encore l'insonorisation de l'appartement. Qui n est pas aux normes , Les fenetres sont encore en bois avec un vitrage simple. Dans le complexe immobilier vivent des proprietaires mais aussi des locataires. Dit voor vier personen veel te kleine appartement heeft als enig pluspunt dat het gunstig gelegen is kwa loopafstand naar strand en winkels en er een overdekte parkeerplaats voor EUR 10 per nacht beschikbaar was. Het ligt op de derde etage zonder aanwezigheid van liften. De inrichting is zeer basic en verouderd en tevens is er sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. Met name de keuken is verre van comfortabel. Scheve kastjes, missende planken, beschadigd keukenblad en zeer beperkt keukengerei. Er zijn slechts 4 drinkglazen aanwezig (klein frisdrankglazen), dus geen enkel wijn- , bier-, borrel- of longdrinkglas. Voorts niet aanwezig theepot, waterkoker of fluitketel, vlees- en broodmessen, opener, schaal, schaaltjes, kommen, onderzetters, etc, etc. Vriesvak in koelkast werkt slecht, klepje is defect en van elektrische kookplaten mist enige aanduiding bij de knoppen (totaal versleten). Aanwezige pannen zijn ongeschikt voor elektrisch koken en bakken, waardoor dit langer duurt dan normaal.
