The beachfront promenade is lively and lined with restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and local stores. The property is situated in L'Escala, a charming coastal town offering both natural beauty and cultural experiences. Public transport links such as bus stops are nearby, and the area provides good road access to other parts of the Costa Brava and beyond.

The villa includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with essential cookware, pots, pans, and utensils, as well as direct access to an outdoor barbecue area.
