If your housepet is not requested, access to the park and the booked accommodation may be refused upon arrival. To arrange this, contact the customer service centre by phone.
Reservations made by companies for their own employees are always by request. If the reservation is approved, the following rules will apply: max. 1 employee per bedroom, an extra cleaning cost will be billed every two weeks, and every two weeks there will be a charge for new bed linen.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22. Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 300 Euro deposit.
You have to pay the deposit cost (200 for type Zilvermeeuw Wellness 6 or Zilvermeeuw Welness 8/ 300 for all other types) when you arrive at the reception in cash or by debit card.
This will be refunded after your stay, by the management of this park, if you leave the holiday home in a good condition.
Guests up to 25 years pay a mandatory deposit of 750 euros per property.
