Skiing in Kirchberg

Kirchberg is home to the renowned Sportberg Gaisberg, offering 4-person chairlift, red and black category slopes and a 3.5 km-long toboggan run, where you can also enjoy night skiing and a floodlit toboggan run. What's more, the Fleckalmbahn will take you to Kitzbühel/Kirchberg in no time at all. Kirchberg offers ski classes for children over 4 years of age, as well as a day care centre (for 2-4 year-olds), where the little ones can play to their hearts' content, go sledging or build snowmen. Apart from skiing, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy in Kirchberg; ice climbing in the ice park, building igloos, tobogganing parties or a guided tour of Kirchberg. Guided snowshoe walks in a nature reserve and guided ski tours are also on offer. Or how about taking a romantic horse-sleigh ride, winter walk or cross-country skiing tour through the snow-capped fairy-tale landscape of Brixental? Kirchberg in Tirol alone is home to 40 km of cross-country trails (25 km ‘easy’ and 20 km ‘difficult’).
