The traditional village of Längenfeld (altitude of 1180 m) lies in the heart of the Ötztal valley, nestled between the towns of Umhausen and Sölden. Längenfeld does not have its own ski runs, but offers a shuttle bus to Sölden, from where you can access the Ötztal Arena skiing area. The walking and cross-country options are also good, with nearly 40 km of winter hiking routes around Gries, Längenfeld and Huben, and a network of around 50 km of cross-country tracks in the valley!
