Skiing and snowboarding on the Bergbahnen Langes - Lermoos Biberwier
Biberwier has its own family-friendly ski resort, Biberwier-Marienberg (1,000-1,800 m), with 14 km of slopes (5 blue, 7 red and 2 black category) and 6 lifts. It is the perfect resort for families with children, thanks to its convenient layout and child-friendly, gently sloping runs at Marienberg. Kids can also spend the day at Kinderland Biberland, located next to the ski school. The SUNNALM mountain restaurant will satisfy your culinary needs, while you enjoy panoramic views. It also has a separate children's restaurant! Biberwier has 15 km of cross-country tracks that connect to the Tiroler Zugspitzarena network. The Biberwier-Marienberg ski resort and skiing area of Lermoos together form the Bergbahnen Langes - Lermoos Biberwier ski region. You will find another 33 km of slopes, 9 lifts and a snowboard arena in the Lermoos-Grubigstein ski resort (1,000-2,100 m). Grubstein also boasts the longest natural toboggan run in the area (3.5 km). Fun for both young and old! The ski school offers lessons to both adults (skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing) and children. For the littlest ones, there is a day care centre and ‘children’s skiing garden’. Ski shows are also organised in the evening. At the foot of the Grubigstein cable car are two of the best après-ski bars in the region, for guaranteed Austrian après-ski fun!
