Luxury villa with jetty, at the Veerse Meer

Pros: Very nice house in a beautiful place right next to the Veerse Meer. Nice design and good furniture. Cons: Air-conditioning should be a must have in this price range, especially since the house #17 has full sun all afternoon till sundown (up to 30C inside at 30C outside in the living room and master bedroom in late afternoon). With the above, more possibilities for shadow should be available on the terraces. I cannot remember to have rented a holiday home without a hair dryer in the past 20 years. Why not included? Same with standards in the kitchen: No salt, no pepper, or oil or any other standards in the kitchen. A toaster and a BBQ grille should be also standards for such a house. We have rented the house for 2 + baby. This was OK. If we would have been more adults, the furniture would have been not sufficient - i.e. only 2 sunloungers for 6? Not so easy to get out of the water around the house. Could be so easy to install a good and simple solution.

Het was een geweldig huis! Alles prima geregeld en we hebben een top vakantie gehad!

Prachtig ruime villa! Wel gehorig - je hoort de geluiden van bij de buren en ook van de geluiden van boven. Nog wat kleine details tekort : bvb kapstokken in de gang om ergens jassen op te hangen; licht in de keuken (je staat te koken met je rug naar het licht)/ geens schaar aanwezig. Wel prachtig zicht en helemaal proper. Ook goede aanwezigheid van keukengerei. ZOu opnieuw boeken...

Beautifully spacious villa! Noisy - you hear the sounds from the neighbors and also the sounds from above. Still some small details shortage: eg coat racks in the hallway to hang coats somewhere; light in the kitchen (you are cooking with your back to the light) / no scissors available.

Mijn ervaring is op zich goed maar op basis van de prijs had ik wel iets meer luxe en gemak verwacht. Zo vind ik het geen overbodige luxe om op iedere kamer een passpiegel te hebben, alsmede 2 ligbedden of stoelen op het balkon boven. Daarnaast miste ik een simpele multomap met alle informatie die in de afgelopen tijd al verstuurd is plus de handleidingen van alle apparatuur, tips voor de omgeving etc. Vond ik echt een gemis. Verder vond ik het hier behoorlijk lawaaierig. En dat was maar één keer omdat een groep jongelui 3 uur lang André Hazes heeft gedraaid. Als je buren gewoon zitten te praten of muziek draaien bij of in hun eigen huis, hoor je dat behoorlijk goed en is dat echt hinderlijk.

In addition, I missed a simple binder with all information that has already been sent in recent times plus the manuals of all equipment, tips for the environment, etc. I really felt a lack. I also found it quite noisy here. And that was only once because a group of young people played André Hazes for 3 hours. If your neighbors are just talking or playing music at or in their own house, you can hear it pretty well and it's really annoying.

Erg mooi en ruim vakantiehuis aan het Veerse Meer. Heerlijk rustige plek, mooi uitzicht. Auto is noodzakelijk. Minpuntje: servicekosten zijn wel erg hoog!

Heb een super weekend gehad alleen miste ik een strijkijzer, maar was een top verblijft komt zeker weer terug

De woning zag er netjes en schoon uit. Ligging was mooi. Kleine kritische noot: we misten een kapstok, een extra snijplank en 6 extra messen (van al het bestek was extra behalve van de messen)

The house looked neat and clean. Location was beautiful. Small critical note: we missed a coat rack, an extra cutting board and 6 extra knives (all cutlery was extra except for the knives)

Wij waren een lang weekend met onze (schoon)kinderen in Arnemuiden om ons 50 jarig huwelijksfeest te vieren. We hebben met zijn allen genoten van het verblijf

We were in Arnemuiden for a long weekend with our (clean) children to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We all enjoyed the stay
