Resort Zuiderzee is a large holiday park, located approx. 7 km. from the centre of Elburg in the municipality of Biddinghuizen. It is a developing park and it borders directly on the versatile Veluwemeer (Veluwe lake).
The facilities are very varied and there are plenty of them at Resort Zuiderzee. For water sports enthusiasts there is a boat ramp, boat rental and a marina. You'll never be bored, whether the weather is good or bad. You have various options for young and old both inside and outside; miniature golf, various playgrounds, an indoor playground are just some examples. There is also a large indoor swimming pool with children's pool and slide that is at least 40m long. So that the adults can also enjoy some relaxation, there is a sauna, a Turkish steam bath and a whirlpool. A recreation team provides the necessary entertainment. An (à la carte) restaurant, cafe and snack bar complete the picture.
But there is also plenty to experience in the area surrounding Resort Zuiderzee. Veluwemeer offers plenty of options. You can fish, windsurf or take a boat trip here. The large sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and chilling in the sun. You can take beautiful cycling and/or hiking trips in the wooded area. In the adjacent piece of "primeval forest" you may just spot a beaver. Some tips for day trips; The Dolphinarium in Harderwijk (20 km), Walibi Holland in Biddinghuizen (3.1 km), the Grote Kabouterbos in Dronten (14 km), Aviodrome in Lelystad (25 km), Play and Do-park De Voorst in Kraggenbrug (33 km), Harderwold golf course in Zeewolde (17 km) or the Avontura in Dronten (18 km). There are also various cities within easy reach. All with their own atmosphere, but each one offering many opportunities for shopping, cultural attractions and a wide choice of cosy restaurants and terraces. A few for the list: Zwolle (30km), Apeldoorn (45km), Deventer (47km), Almere (51km), Amersfoort (53km), and you can even reach the historic port town of Enkhuizen (64km) via the dyke.
In short; Resort Zuiderzee offers many opportunities for young and old, lovers of peace and nature but also for the active adventurers. One thing is certain; you will never be bored here.
Resort Zuiderzee is a park under development. This means that there may be construction work taking place. We will try to limit any inconvenience as much as possible.
This detached, sustainable eco-villa is located at Resort Zuiderzee, a mere stone's throw from the Veluwemeer with all its water sports facilities. The small-scale centre of the historic town of Elburg is 4.5 km away. and the pleasant city of Harderwijk 20 km.
The villa covers two floors and is furnished in a comfortable and complete way. In addition to a living room with TV, on the ground floor you will also find an open-plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are four more double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. All beds are of the single type. box spring, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. There can be three beds in one bedroom. Very contemporary: the villa features a heat pump and infrared panels.
Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
At Holiday Park Resort Zuiderzee, various chalets, villas, safari tents and tiny houses can be booked for two to twelve people.

- For the weekend of August 21-24, an additional deposit of € 185 will apply at Resort Zuiderzee.
- The swimming pool at Resort Zuiderzee is closed due to technical problems until February 9th.
- Resort Zuiderzee is a resort under construction. This means that work is taking place on the site. New chalets are installed, the gardens are laid out and the infrastructure is improved. This can cause inconvenience during the day, but naturally we ensure that the inconvenience is kept to a minimum. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, the indoor playground and the hospitality industry, are just open at regular opening times.

The house (for 12 people) was large, clean, nicely decorated and had enough space for us. The registration went smoothly. All the employees on site were nice to us. There were the following complaints in the house: - just 2 small spoons for all of us - no baking tray for the oven and the rack didn't fit - no cleaning bucket or cleaning rag to wipe up something from the floor - In a bedroom on the 1st floor, after opening the door to the outside, it was only possible to close it again with force/all the blinds in this room were also broken - The water in the shower on the ground floor did not drain, so the entire bathroom was flooded. I had to loosen the drain and remove all the dirt/hair. Then everything went smoothly again (actually not my job) The opening times of the restaurants and shops on the complex were special (many people have already written that before me). The swimming pool was warm and the small children liked it. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards there are a disaster. Be sure to take flip flops with you. But what most influenced our not so good rating is the fact that no one told us before booking that the access bridge (and the path there) to Elburg would be closed to cars for many weeks. 4 minutes by car (we had small children with us who don't walk 4km there and 4km back) would have turned into 44 minutes. The journey to Zwolle was extended by 15 minutes each way. The circumstance had been known since at least February, but we were informed of it a week before arrival. We had chosen this park because of its proximity to Elburg, Zwolle and Harderwijk and would not have booked the house if we had known that the bridge would be closed.

Prima verzorgd huisje. Er miste wel een pan en er was een kapotte mixer, maar dat werd netjes afgehandeld door de receptie.

mooi park, nette, nieuwe woningen, mooi gelegen aan het veluwemeer met strand. We hadden een mooi stuk gazon en een vlondertje bij het water. met de kleinkinderen lekker zoeken naar kikkers en libellen en andere beestjes in het water. mooie, grote binnenspeeltuin. Binnenzwembad is wat eenvoudiger dan je op andere plekken gewend bent, maar wel erg leuk ingericht.

mooie tuin en ruim huis. In de tuin konden de kinderen goed spelen en voetballen. Het was fijn dat er beneden een kamer in het huis was. Ook heerlijk dat we twee badkamers hadden. Het huis was sfeervol ingericht en ligt op een goede plek op het park. Heerlijk dat je zo snel aan het strand bent. Ook de activiteiten die er op het park georganiseerd werden spraken de kinderen erg aan. We komen volgend jaar weer!

Park is leuk .maar het huis was echt niet schoon er lag een afgeplast matras op het bed te smerig om aan te zien .en het was echt niet schoon in het huis hier moet echt beter gecontroleerd worden...

Het is een heel mooi ,goed onderhouden park Ons huis was ook heel mooi ,gezellige huiselijke sfeer. Het zag er ook netjes uit , geen oude meuk wat bij elkaar gezet was dat ben ik namelijk wel veel in vakantie huizen tegengekomen. Het is een echte aanrader, ook het personeel is vriendelijk netjes te woord gestaan. Super !!

Over het algemeen hele fijne ervaring op europarcs en het huisje. We missen in het huisje wel wat opbergruimte voor de boodschappen in de keuken. Alle kastjes zijn bezet. Huisje is wel aan de vieze kant, veel stof, onder de bank allemaal plakkerig vies spul. Bij aankomst was het erg warm maar als je deuren open laat om door te luchten is de warmte er snel uit. Er is veel te doen voor kinderen en je kan heerlijk wandelen. Park is netjes en ziet er verzorgt uit.
