The comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor and has direct access to a large terrace and the garden. On the terrace there is a set of garden furniture and barbecue equipment. The apartment consists of a spacious living room connected to a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine). The living room has a double sofa bed, a table with chairs and a TV. Additionally, you can also sleep on a fold-out armchair. The apartment has air conditioning with heating and cooling functions. Wireless internet is available.
On the well-kept, fenced property there is a parking lot and a playground for children.
