Cozy holiday home in Empuriabrava with terrace and jetty

Huis is OK, maar dringend toe aan renovatie, vooral sanitair. Ook matrassen/bedden kunnen beter: slaapt niet echt comfortabel. Airco niet aanwezig, zou vooral in de slaapkamers een pluspunt zijn, vooral wanneer erg warm. Vorige huurders waren ook blijkbaar geen fervente afwassers: vuile koppen en potten in de kasten. Grill van BBQ zeer vettig. Voor de rest wel goede toestellen aanwezig: vaatwasser, wasmachine, koelkast, oven zijn recent en OK; kookplaat ook OK, maar mocht ruimer: slechts 3 vuren Wel goede uitvalsbasis, vooral op voorwaarde, dat je een boot meebrengt, die vlak aan het huis kan worden aangemeerd. Ook met de auto mooie uitstappen te maken.

Air conditioning not present, especially in the bedrooms would be a plus, especially when very warm. Previous tenants were also apparently not avid dishwashers: dirty cups and pots in the cabinets. Grill of BBQ very vettig.Voor the rest good appliances available: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven are recent and OK; hob also OK, but could be more spacious: only 3 fires. Well a good base, especially on the condition that you bring a boat, which can be moored close to the house. You can also make beautiful trips by car.
