Skummelövstrand is a popular seaside resort with a mile-long sandy beach. If you get tired of the sea, there is a pool about 2 km from your accommodation. By the pool there is also a kiosk with simple refreshments and there is an entrance to this area. At the square in Skummelövstrand there is a small grocery store and cafes. If you want more shops, you go to Mellbystrand or to Halmstad. The charming town of Laholm offers cobbled streets and cozy shopping streets. There is a lot to do and see here.
