Discover the picturesque Bohemian Switzerland National Park from your holiday home. A unique area with sandstone formations along the Elbe, deep gorges, valleys, winding brooks, beautiful panoramas, and the occasional castle ruins. The most special natural monument in the region is Pravčická brána, the largest natural rock bridge on our continent! The Bohemian Paradise is another such a beautiful area. Mountains and rugged rock formations, pine forests, gorges and romantic valleys.

Holiday homes in the Giant Mountains

The Krkonoe National Park, or Giant Mountains, is the highest mountain range in the Czech Republic, with the highest peak being the Sněka (1602 metres). This mountain range, besides Prague, is one of the most popular tourist areas of the Czech Republic thanks to its beautiful wooded nature and many opportunities for sports activities, and is therefore increasingly being discovered by the Dutch. Popular holiday resorts are pindlerův Mlýn, Pec pod Sněkou, Janské Láznĕ (also a health resort), Vrchlabi and Harrachov (also known as the gateway to the mountains).

Hikers can enjoy a network of marked trails, along waterfalls, streams, mountain lakes, glacier valleys and viewpoints. In the summer, you can also get to the peaks from various holiday resorts via a cable car and chairlifts. From Janské Láznĕ, for example, there is a gondola to the "Cerna Hora" mountain peak and from Pec pod Sněkou you can take a chairlift to the highest peak, the Sněka.,
